Getting clients is crucial for any agent. Many new RES start out from absolute zero, without any knowledge on how to prospect and find clients. That’s not a surprise because even experienced RES find it hard to grasp an effective strategy to both generate and follow-up on leads. On top of all that, they still need to keep up with and adapt to market trends.
To help our members, MLA has created the Advance Advisory Program (AAP), a 9 session workshop where our trainers will empower you to be a consultant to clients. You will be able to present to different types of clients like first timers, upgraders, condo owners and high net worths. After that, MLA members can join the Advance Connection Group (ACG) to learn first hand on how to connect and convert cold and warm leads.
To prepare MLA members to succeed, MLA created the Advance Startup Program (ASP), which consists of 9 intensive sessions. Besides building the skillsets of new and experienced agents, the program provides market updates. With our 3-prong approach towards property sales and marketing, many MLA members have excelled and continue to use the strategies.
